Absolutely perfect. I live a few states away and Rockcastle was recommended by multiple family members in the Rochester area. I am SO grateful for their quick delivery of a beautiful gift basket to my aunt in Canandaigua! The basket is perfect and it was delivered so much faster than I expected. Ordering was easy, and I got a notification as soon as the basket was dropped off with my aunt. I will be a customer any time I need to send some love to my upstate NY fam! Thank you, Rockcastle!

Wanting to support local business, the call was made to Rockcastle Florist. Being less than 24hrs after jaw surgery, Patty was patient to understand what I was requesting. My dad chose a unique urn style and we wanted to accompany the arrangement around it. She called Perkins Funeral Home, who sent the dimensions and photo of the urn. The designers did an amazing job! But most of all, it was the kindness of Patty that showed throughout the process! I am beyond grateful....

I initially ordered a premium bouquet to celebrate the birth of my son, and while the arrangement was gorgeous, the flowers unfortunately didn’t last long. I've been ordering my flowers from Rockcastle since 1996. They are by far the friendliest people to work with and the quality of their flowers and arrangements are 2nd to none. I needed to order sympathy flowers and couldn't find exactly what I was picturing in my mind on their website. I called the Canandaigua location and spoke to Barb. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond to create a custom arrangement that was beyond my expectations. Even though I now live in GA, I will only order flowers from Rockcastle!! We got married July 16, 2022 and I am just getting around to doing reviews! Can't emphasize enough how gorgeous our flowers were. My cousin is a wedding venue event planner in Chicago and told me she has never seen more beautiful flowers. The planning process was seamless, despite doing it all via video calls. I had no idea what I wanted and they guided me from start to finish. The price was reasonable too. They were practical and didn't try to convince me to go more expensive or be impractical about the summer heat. On the day of, they came to set up and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We were in need of a flower arrangement for our relative and needed it in a very short timeline. I cannot elaborate enough how helpful Rockcastle of Canandaigua was for our arrangement. Barb R. worked with me and met every request and detail graciously. The arrangement was absolutely stunning in every way and was delivered the very next day in time for the graveside service.
